  Saw my stolen watch , asked about it and was greeted with being cursed out and even accused my friend of lying and said she didn't appreciate us doing the cops job.She was The most Unprofessional business person. Honestly if I think about it still get upset and want to slap her. She pretty much was screaming You cant take that watch, funny thing was, we would never do that. Just wanted to make sure our tip from a friend was accurate before we talked to the police and honestly don't know how they stay in business.

  I always enjoy visiting Bank Gun & Pawn. The owner is always pleasant and entertaining and I never know what I might find. I have purchased several firearms and those transactions have always been handled properly and as painlessly as possible in Maryland.

  I recently made an online purchase which they advertised a Tag Heuer. It was not running when I received it. After winding , it ran for a few hours then stopped. I took it to a Tag Heuer retailer and authorized repair center. They immediately told me that it was a chinese copy of a Tag Heuer. (Worth about $80.00 new and running.) When I contacted BG&P about returning it, they quickly responded with "no returns, no refunds". Looks like I'm out several hundred dollars due to a shady business.

  Both of the ladies I have spoken with who work here are really nice, I have sold a few items I wanted to get rid of and they gave me reasonable prices on all of them.

  I love Bank Gun & pawn Very nice place and very nice people Will keep on buying from them...lol matter of fact I see a shotgun I'm looking at yes I have them a 5* if you have not drop in on them it would be a pleasure for U....Very outstanding place to buy.☺

  I've been here several times and always stop by when I visit Havre de Grace Maryland. I haven't experienced any rude behavior like others claim. They don't do cartwheels when you walk in but it's a Pawn shop not Chucky Cheese's.

  Worst pawn shop ive ever been to- selling a used gun with out any of the choke tubes for new MSRP. Tells me over the phone she has wiggle room, i get there and she doesn’t. Good luck selling that.

  I have never in all my life been so insulted. The first indication that I was wasting my time was when they glared at me like I had just insulted their ancestors; as I simply walked through the door. All my my questions where answered in a short, eye rolling, condescending, and surly manner. The heavy set older women(which from other reviews; I can assume is the mother) refused to assist the obviously younger and less experienced employee(which I will assume is the daughter or granddaughter). She remained at her desk; scrolling through Facebook or Amazon. They offered me an obviously uneducated amount for my pawn. Around a little under 20% of the items actual value. Most likely because I'm younger and sport a few tattoos. Not only bad retail but just plan bad humans all together.

  I've been doing business with this store for about as long as it's been open, and have had nothing but the best of experiences with them. They are very fair in their item priceing , both selling and buying. More then once they have gone out of their way to help me finding items I had trouble locating. The owners are always friendly and willing to respond to any inquiry, no matter how trivial. As you might see, they are my go to first place and I always look forward to visiting their store.I have also recommended them to many people looking for hard to find items they have had trouble locating. Go and have a look and see for yourself just how nice a place it is !!!

  HORRIFIC!!! Unless you're one of the local junkies looking for enough cash for a quick fix. Owner is extremely rude and acts as if its a major inconvenience to answer questions. Limited inventory of guns and majority of other items are generic without unique or traceable serial numbers. I would not leave a phone number either as they will call and harass you. Was even rude to my child. To sum it up this place is ran by trash, who thinks wearing a gun is a display of power and intimidation.
