  My husband and I had the opportunity to work with Mike, Sarmen, and the Golden Coast group. From the moment I spoke with Mike (We had spoken with 3 other lenders of different firms), I knew I was never going to look further. Mike’s speaking habits are very friendly and warm when on the phone. I felt relaxed and the urge to apply immediately. Our pre-approval was given in a span of 24 hours. Once we found the house we liked, we asked for more money and was approved immediately. The application process was easy, taking me 30 minutes or less. I had access to Sarmen, my assigned lending professional, who answered all questions and concerns 24/7, and even holidays. This is our first home, and we were in awe how the process went so smoothly, comparing it to some horrible home-buying stories (especially in today’s market). We closed in less than a month- 21 days. We were going to get a home but ended up with a dream home, because we had access to needed funds. If you want a lender who is open, well informed and will support you through the whole process, trust me on this. Make sure you have all your finances in place, stay positive, be open to the lenders, and you will have no regrets.   I've been using Mike for 10+ Years & never has he disappointed.   I would totally recommend Mike for mortgage financing or refinancing. He has the most efficient team. I have done refinancing twice with Mike and one time for getting the loan for my mortgage. Each time, they complete the financing process in less than a month. When I bought my current property, I had another mortgage company helped me at the beginning, a week or two later, nothing has happened. After I switched to Mike, Mike and his team got it done for me within the limited time left. I really appreciate the great assistance and help from Mike and his team.

  I was referred to Mike and his team at Golden Coast by a realtor. Initially I was just going to use him as a back-up plan because I had a lender that had done well for me in the past and I liked working with. However, Mike worked very hard at getting me qualified for a somewhat tricky loan which, in the end, my other lender wasn't able to pull off. In fact he was able to help us work within a very tight timeframe on our escrow. On top of that Mike was so attentive, friendly and easy to work with. His team is really nice too. At one point I told him he needed to work less, because he was responding to my emails at all hours of the day and on weekends. Mike is really the best I've worked with, and he's certainly the first person I'll contact if I need financing in the future.

They worked with us to do a 17-day escrow, and although it was stressful at times, Mike and his team successfully pulled it off for us and made sure the process went as smooth as possible.   I am very pleased that I got to work with Golden Coast Finance (Arthur and Marylin). Due to my low credit score I didn’t think I could get approved for a loan and everyone would tell me there’s not a chance I would get approved and even if I did I would have a high APR. I am very happy that I met these people who not only helped get my application approved but also offered a low APR. They were able to get my loan ready within 20 days and I was able to get a property with only 3% down payment. Whenever I had an issue regarding escrow they were able to solve my problems ASAP.
