  I had a very pleasant and smooth experience with Mike and team for my first home purchase experience. If anyone planning to buy a home I would recommend a session with Mike even before getting into the market. He listens to you carefully to understand the need and guides you based on your situation. He was able to provide multiple loan programs for us to choose as well. We had a situation to advance the closing early than initially planned. Mike and team worked hard to make things happen earlier than expected. I will definitely go back to Mike for my future needs. Thank you Mike and Team!

  Mike and his team are wonderful people to work with!!! Not only did they take the stress out of a very stressful process, they genuinely care about their clients. Throughout this process we really did feel like we were not just another client or number or house sold, it was more like talking to family who really wanted to do all they could to help you get in your dream home! Mike was always very quick to answer any and all questions we had right away. And always encouraged us to call him for any reason.   I was very nervous about purchasing my first home. John, Sonya, and the rest of the team at First Home made me feel more confident from my first visit with them. If you like leaving multiple voicemails, sending emails and texts with no response for days on end, this is your place. If you like being misled and lied to by someone who takes zero accountability, paying double in closing costs than what you were ”guaranteed,” and having to beg for information from your lender, then I strongly recommend getting in touch with First Home Mortgage.
