  Seacoast was highly recommended to me and my initial conversation with John left me hopeful that I made a good decision. Once my credit was run and my documentation sent in, the "service" halted. I had to literally chase John to get locked into a rate. The initial rate and terms were long gone by the time he decided to finally process my loan. There was no communication - no return calls, texts, emails - and Allyson started responding with what was needed to get the loan closed. Every payoff was incorrect, a loan sat unpaid because the processor did not have the correct Lender name, it took months to get the accounts reconciled that were being paid off with the refinance. When I reached out to Allyson, she told me I should not be contacting her. There was no follow up from the closing, not even a thank you for doing business with them. The icing on the cake - despite signing a form saying I did not want my information shared - they have sold my information to any and everyone. Mail, email, texts, and calls - all day every day. I am going to have to change my number and email it is so persistent. STAY AWAY from this company. I signed

  Working with Seacoast mortgage on a refinance was impeccable, Anne was so easy to deal with and explained every detail. Her office staff all friendly and courteous. I got a great rate and it was nice knowing I had someone fighting for my best interest. I would refer anyone either financing or refinancing to definitely use Seacoast.

  Seacoast is a top-notch mortgage company. Ann helped guide me through the process and was more like an expert consultant. She helped us get the best rate available (I looked around) and made the process very simple and explained everything in plain language that was easy to understand. Our home took a very long time to close due to delays with the builder (unrelated to Seacoast) and Ann went above and beyond with her patience, advice, and guidance. She always addressed my questions and was very accessible. I highly recommend Seacoast.

  SEACOAST MORTGAGE is MY BEACON This was my husband and I first time We went through the mortgage process. Ann with seacoast mortgage was excellent to work with. I was somewhat nervous at first due to being my first time about big loans for a house. Ann was able to keep me calm and ensure me everything would work out fine . She did work it perfectly! Ann was always a call text or email away she went above and beyond to help us thru the entire process. Ann kept me updates on every step of the way . Our closing date went without any problems. My loan was closed earlier than I expected. From start to closing table was awesome . My loan was funded even before we arrived to sign paperwork.   Seacoast Mortgage makes it easy! If you're looking for someone to handle your investment, Seacoast is professional and friendly. Ann, the owner has the local knowledge and connections that other big banks cannot provide. She handled our case from start to finish and always made herself easy to access. She even met us on a Saturday, in the snow! With Ann's advice, she turned a mountain of paperwork and complexed financial dealings into a nice easy process.   Ann was honestly a blessing during this process. Being first time home buyers, we really didnt know what to expect. We didnt even know if it was something we could manage at this point in our life. We called Ann one day and we were closing on our house a little over a month later! Ann made that happen for us. She was so amazing and patient with us.
