  Peoples Mortgage was a pleasure to work with! Initially we decided to use them based on a recommendation and the rate they could offer us. However, now after having personally gone through the mortgage process with them, we would definitely use them again based on their exceptional service. Not only was their customer service some of the best we have experienced when dealing with a mortgage company, they helped to make the process easy and hassle-free. When relocating from another city, it can be challenging deciding on a lender. Everyone at Peoples Mortgage, and in particular Mike, Catherine, and Tim, provided us with wonderful guidance and all the resources to make this important decision easier. Peoples Mortgage in Tucson provides a true personal touch, which is rare for a company in this day and age, and were always there to quickly answer any questions and explain the process in easy to understand steps. Their turnaround time was also outstanding! We will definitely be recommending Mike Morgan and Peoples Mortgage to everyone we know who may be looking for mortgage services in the future.

  Peoples Mortgage has a great team. I was based in MD and was purchasing a home in AZ. The team was extremely helpful and accommodating to my "long distance" situation and provided the support I needed as if I was right there with them.   I started my home buying process around March 2016. I chose People Mortgage to finance my home because they were highly recommended by my realtor. My loan officer was Leah Ward and she was fantastic. On the first day she took all of my personal information and had my qualification letter within 24 hrs. She was very knowledgeable and the approval amount matched my income. She always answered any questions I had throughout the process in a timely manner. She even answered some of my questions by email well after business hours. I was able to complete my entire loan process by email, phone, or their website with exception of the final closing paperwork of course. They have a great website that is easy to navigate and use. Leah and the People Mortgage Team were great and I have no complaints. I closed on my house in May 2016 but the help from People Mortgage didn't stop there. Leah and the team continue to stay in contact to make sure things are going well. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends and use them again myself if I decide to buy again. I received a low interest rate and payment with great terms.

  A good friend recommended me to Mike when we were read to buy our first home. He talked us through everything and made the whole process quite easy. Later we refinanced and Mike let us know when to do it, and again, he and his staff made it as simple as possible. They are always friendly, and great to work with.
