  Joe, Kathy and Amber were incredible. From start to finish they worked with my husband's hours and kept us informed every step of the way. I am a pest when it comes to paperwork and wanting everything yesterday and Kathy was very patient with my many, many, many calls and emails. Our financing was FHA and even with all of the hoops that had to be jumped through we closed in 3 weeks! We were not supposed to close until the week of Thanksgiving but they managed to get us in with a week to get moved and settled in. We had Thanksgiving in our new home thanks to the great work from Joe, Kathy and Amber. We were very thankful.

  Looking for a stress free experience with a very knowledgeable team, then look no further. Was expecting the horror stories that my co-workers warned me about when they bought their homes. Joe and his team came highly recommended, and I totally see why. Kathy is just amazing, too!

  Hands down this in the best Loan Officer/Team in Tucson. If Joe Small and his team can't close your loan....no one can. The process is always streamlined and simple from beginning to the end with minimal pain to the buyer. 30 day closing on a VA loan and they are calling you 21 days into the deal asking you if you can close early! They just flat out get it....they understand every single aspect of the lending game, and their expertise on VA loans is second to none! Seriously 5 stars isn't enough....this team goes so far over 100% I don't think there is a level created yet for them.

  Joe and his team were AMAZING! They were extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable throughout the purchasing process. If I ever had any questions, they always made sure to thoroughly answer them before we moved forward. Additionally, they were very knowledgeable and professional.   I wish I could give Joe and his team more than five stars, they were exceptional to work with from start to finish. We worked with Joe and Kathy from Guild Mortgage to secure a VA loan for our first home purchase while stationed overseas in Japan. Both Joe and Kathy were extremely knowledgeable and made what could have been a complicated, painful and confusing process EASY. Not only was the entire loan process simple, but they were always available keeping us informed of what to expect and to answer any questions. Joe and Kathy know how to bring a loan to a close in record time. We were ready to close our loan less than a month after we started the process. I give Joe and Kathy my highest recommendation to anyone looking for a home mortgage.

  I have bought several homes over the last 8 years and this by far was the best experience I have ever had. At one point, due to some issues with fund transfers, I thought I was going to lose my interest rate or possibly my loan. Joe and his team were understanding and supportive thought out the whole process. I ended up closing 15 days later than I intended with the same rate. Purchasing a home can be stressful. I am a shift worker and have odd days off. I have worked with lenders in the past that were difficult to get a hold of because of my schedule. Joe seemed like he was always available. He was able to answer all of my questons any day of the week and occasionally during odd hours. Sometimes I felt like he never stopped working. I would recommend Joe and his team to all of my close family and friends.
