  The service department and general manager Kendra were horrible to deal with, customer service was nonexistent! I had my 06' ram 3500 in there to have a new motor installed...the truck was dropped off 4/19/2021 they took over a month to remove the old motor and it got worse from there, after having it 4 months Kendra advised me that her the "master diesel tech" couldn't put it back together and she subletted it out to hundts auto salvage without my permission, after 6 months the truck was finally finished on 10/8/2021...so I thought, it leaked oil from day 2....and now she says they don't/won't warranty the work....

  We appreciate your opinion, Barry. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for extended delays due to customers supplying their own parts and faulty parts. In this situation I believe that all parties learned valuable lessons that will certainly help us communicate to customers in the future processes that cannot be altered for preference so that we can ensure we are offering each customer a superior experience.

  Express oil change, no appointment needed.....what a joke. They should change their sign to appointment preferred. I got there when they opened and was the first person in the door and was told that they couldn't get me in for over two hours. I wanted to keep my business there, because that is where I purchased my vehicle. Not again.

  I can not post without giving a rating, otherwise this would be a zero star rating, This place is nothing more than extortionists, They do not know the rules of ownership. All they are out to do is make money off of you and lie to you, All i needed was a simple key pin to program a key to a car and they want to try and force you to tow the car into the dealer, charge you for a diagnostics fee and then charge you to make the key. They have no clue of what they are doing, I found every other dealership around they that would provide the pin code without issue, As long as you verify ownership of said vehicle!! all they are trying to do here is justify their job, and take your wallet for a ride!!! would never deal with this dealership ever for no reason what so ever!!!

  Arthur, we were requesting proof of ownership with a current registration and photo ID to be presented at the dealership. We were not requesting to see the vehicle. It is common sense that this kind of information only be given to the owner of the vehicle and proof of ownership be available. To offer confidential key information over the phone with no proof of who is on the other end of the phone line makes no sense. I am sorry if our team did not make this clear or caused a misunderstanding.

  My car broke down over an hour from home and they were able to get my car in and fixed by the next afternoon so we could get back on the road, they even picked us up at our hotel since we didn't have a way to pick the car up.

  I would highly recommend Mike Anderson of Rochester. I wanted a Jeep Renegade Latitude to replace the one I previously had. They found exactly what I wanted. It didn't come with a spare tire and they ordered one at no cost to me. Jacob and Christian were both phenomenal. Thanks guys for getting me in my new Jeep.

  Worked with Jacob and Christian to buy the truck we always wanted. Something powerful enough to pull a house down the road! This was my second truck purchase from this dealership. Transaction was smooth, fair price for our trade in , and every discount that could be used for our purchase was applied.   Went in for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, had lots of negative equity on my car. They were super friendly and helpful in getting me all the discounts they could to help me get into a new Jeep. The entire team we worked with were nice, helpful and great! Will definitely be using them in the future!! :)
