  This has got to be the most incompetent bank ever. Just to get a new card because they said some fraudulent charges were on my card, It has been 11 days and I still haven't received my passcode. Bank of America will give you a temporary card the same day! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! rude at the drive thru, never smile at you, always act like you are bothering them. and with MY MONEY! THE WORST!!

  Have been dealing with them for years now and I love their service. Terry mills is always very professional and very helpful. Always take my customers there for auto loans and she always simplifies everything. Great and friendly people that I highly recommend.

  I switched to MRCU after always being disappointed by my former big bank. The services here are far better and everyone is very helpful. No weird hidden fees and great online services.

  Internet access is iffy, they don't answer their phone, and today the ATM said it was out of money!!!!!
