  I worked with Katie K and she was the best! I was having a terrible day and kept hitting roadblocks with my issue… she was able to figure out and rectify my issue and was so wonderful to talk to she turned my whole day around in the process!!! One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had!

  Thank you to Josh Ylitalo Customer service Representative @ Midwest Loan Service for being patient & gracious enough to assist me to obtaining a very important statement to be used for Refinancing .Having to use the secure messaging website was not only a hassle but unnerving having been trying to register 2-3X but still not being able to see the secure message at all then it warned me to being “locked” too . I must have been trying for a while but Josh went about beyond that to seek his Supervisor advice & helped me get this important doc , I appreciate this show of initiative & desire to help.

  The service was more than exemplary. I was in a state of disarray and frustration, and once I was connected with Chelsea Jackovic, I received the kind of help that was simply outstanding. She was very personable, very attentive and extremely helpful. By the time I got off the phone, I was ready to dance. “Sure I can help you with that.” is what I heard the most. I’m extremely grateful for her help and assistance. Greg

  Josh Jeter was excellent with information over the phone. We had a very detailed discussion over numbers and I easily understood the calculations. We got disconnected and he promptly phoned me back! Great customer service. Way to go JOSH! You get 5 stars out of 5!!

  A staggering level of incompetence. Our mortgage was transferred to these people. It took six weeks for them to notify the insurance company of the change! Consequently the insurance company request for insurance payment on our home from the escrow account was sent to the previous mortgage company. When they finally woke up to the fact that the insurance was due in 4 days they compounded their ineptitude by putting a check in the mail! It would never reach the payee in time! I have had to make an additional payment for insurance I have already paid for so that my home insurance policy isn't cancelled! Our insurance agent contacted them too. Any offer of help from them? Absolutely none at all. No concept of customer service!!

  Mr. Croft, We would like to apologize for the frustration you have experienced regarding your insurance. Based on our records, when your loan was transferred to Midwest Loan Services, the Mortgagee Letter was sent to your insurance agency requesting they add Midwest Loan Services mortgagee information. Additionally, we sent an email and letter to your insurance company prior to the expiration date requesting they provide us with a bill. As soon as we received the bill we ensured this was paid. Finally, upon receiving the bill we informed your insurance agency that the payment was placed in the mail and to notify us if this payment needed to be expedited. Per our records, your insurance agency did not require this be sent in an expedited fashion. Based on your response, it appears that you may have paid your insurance company directly. We also disbursed funds, as previously stated in this email. If this is the case, please request a refund from your insurance agency as this will have been double paid. Again, please accept our apology for this inconvenience and let us know if there is anything we can be of assistance on. Thank you, Midwest Loan Services, Customer Service

  I had the pleasure of speaking with Chelsea Jakovic, not once, but twice and I am grateful to be able to tell everyone about it. I am a new mortgage customer and I was very concerned when I had not heard a word from my new lender about setting up a payment schedule. I could not find a number for the office or my paperwork so I googled a number and Chelsea answered the call. Her friendly, upbeat manner put me at ease immediately. And, she was going to help me. My lucky day. She reassured me I was doing everything right and someone was going to reach out to me but I beat them to it. She forwarded me the link I needed to set up my account. She was as delightful as she was helpful. Today, I went online and set up my account but still had a few questions before I could complete the paperwork. I called the number Chelsea provided for customer service and Chelsea answered the call. I was so happy. I knew I would get the best advice and she is fun to talk with! To the powers that be: Chelsea is a rock star. Her knowledge, professionalism, and can-do attitiude is second to none. Pay attention - someone will steal her away someday. She is the embodiment of Customer Service. Thank her for me and please do something nice for Chelsea!

  My experiences to date with Midwest’s customer service to date have née quite positive. Special call-out to Karlie Kulas for extremely customer-friendly and proactive assistance with an escrow issue.

  I've dealt with many mortgage companies over the years. Midwest loan services is by far the best. Karlie was so patient and helpful. All my questions were answered and my issue was resolved.

  Simply put, I was refinancing my loan and experienced a few "hiccups"..... they're we're errors on all sides of the deal that pushed the payment back causing a late to be applied to my credit which obliterated my score. Needless to say I was HOT! It would be different if the issues were all on my side, but there was fault all around, and the case was actively being worked. So in the end, we were able to finalize the deal, remove the derogatory mark, and restore my credit. I would not shy away from business with them again.
