  MidWest America has always been my financial institution. Since this location has been there it's always been an easy convenient stop. Karrie always goes above and beyond to help me!! All the tellers and staff are very kind. It's nice to see smiles I know in the drive-thru each time!!

  Continuously disappointed with Midwest and having my auto loan through them. I live nowhere near a Midwest so I went to this one to pay my car payment. I go through the drive thru and ask that I won’t be charged extra if I pay using my debit card (I was charged extra using my credit card). She says I won’t be charged extra but can’t take debit card through the drive thru; I have to come inside. So I said I’ll come in and she then proceeds to tell me they’re closed. She then goes on to tell me I have a grace period of 10 days. I inform her that I’m not late but since I’m never near a Midwest credit union, I wanted to make my payment now. She then says there’s a drop box that I can deposit money. One would think that they could accept it or let me in so they could get their $233. I was already frustrated with how I have to pay my car loan through them; I’m definitely now ready to switch providers.

  Both times I visited the new building on Dupont there were no customers...they didn't acknowledge me after sending money thru pneumatic tube...(two girls just sitng in window)...next visit went inside, after I realized she couldn't even get the same number after adding my checks three times, I left...I love the people at lima and dupont, they apparently can do what other banks can't do..they are efficient and personable..THANK YOU EVERYONE ON LIMA MWFCU 💕 PS they want to try to charge you $5 per page to print out your statement I'm sorry after 35 years of service they should do that at no charge
