I had been with a different bank for 20 years and it was always like pulling teeth to do anything whether it was a loan or refinance. So my wife and I decided to switch banks and through multiple weeks of searching we decided on 1st Source, and man am I glad we did. We do most of our banking at the Dupont branch and they know me by name, that didn't happen at the other bank.
