Deana Marie1They have the worst customer service. After being told by my bank that they were a Co-op i was very excited as I’m a navy federal credit Union member! I walked in and was greeted like they didn’t want to talk. The attitude was so unneeded i didn’t bother using the atm to load my money! Never again.
Response from the ownerWe are not a shared branch. We get about 10 Navy Federal CU calls daily and have people just walk in. We have tried to call them, e-mail them that their website is in error. We want YOU to contact your credit union and tell them. It is one of the reasons that we will not accept deposits in the near future. We ate too small to handle all of Navy Federal Complaints, etc.

saphinia dort3This place is starting to be an issue . When I first asked if I had the chance to freeze my account once i put in a bigger sum of money. They said no. Now constantly my card is being locked without my permission or knowing& I keep freaking getting stranded EVERYTIME IT HAPPENS, because I lyft everywhere ☺️. Stranded in class , THANKS . Now I won’t know how I’m getting to class and work Tmm until I call them back and have them DOUBLE CHECK if my card has been unblocked AGAIN.
Response from the ownerWe have a very extensive fraud shield on our cards. We are very sorry this is happening to you. You do not have to wait till we open. There is an 800 number on the back of the card that you can call to tell them that it was your transactions and they will "unfreeze" your card. Do you have your cell phone as a means of communication? If not, call the office and add that phone number and they will text you in case there is a suspected fraud. Please call the office to discuss your issues.

The manager at MidState was so helpful and answered all of my questions she spent over and hour with me!

Lou Mattos1Closed on the weekends now so if you work a full time job your SOL. Used to bring my change in to deposit into my account until a teller decided to be rude and unprofessional and ask exactly how do I get the change and that I cannot be exchanging coins anymore.
Response from the ownerSo very sorry you feel this way. Due to Covid and the short staffing situation we decided to close on weekends. We invested heavily in technology to assist our members. You can use your Mobile app to make check deposits, or use our ATM for deposits or withdrawals for cash. We also have free online banking. As for your change, if you are bringing change REGULARLY, the government makes us file SAR's (suspicious activity reports). We do not like doing this to our members, so we ask about money, change, etc.
