  Jem Funding group is a fantastic company I worked with a gentlemen named Robert. He was truly looking out for my company's best interest and was able to get me my working capital fast and efficiently. I highly recommend this company.

  Possibly Fraudsters.They're getting 1 star because no starts might look like an accident. Beware This company over last few months purchased from us in small orders ( couple hundred dollars),and there were no problems. However recently they made an unusually large purchase(thousands of dollars) compared to all others with my company,they said it was to supply a new sales team, after receiving goods,they made a charge back ,with no warning or heads up.They would have never told us if we didn't call them first. when we spoke to possibly the owner of the company , Jordan is the name he gave us , he made multiple excuses for why it happened,there was a lot of blame shifting and lack of responsibility as a firm owner . when we asked for a resolution and the money back we were told it could not happen and they will not send the money back to us, reason being that the company did not handle their finances correctly and already spent the money that was for the order. Our bank told us that it was their company that made a request to initiate the charge back as an unauthorized transaction. Now my company is out on thousands of dollars,a representative here was terminated, and we are facing some type of reprimand from the banks potentially taking away our billing processes and relationship with our bank. I have asked around and hearing that this isn't an isolated incident,apparently its happened more then once.We should have done more due diligence,We are a mid western company and work on trust factors for out of state customers. Tread carefully with this company,they claim to be lenders but are more like scammers possibly fraudsters that lied to the bank.

  Aggressive high pressure sales calls many times a week. They sent me an email about working capital but their website is flagged as a phishing scam. Take this as a warning to everyone else , find a different company to work with.
