  Slowest bank I've ever been in. Don't come here if your in a rush. Well at least not before 12 in the afternoon. Only have 2 workers handling everything. Even those I can see 4 other workers. Smh

  Love this bank. They always take care of there customers, & if ever I have an issue, & rarely I do, they take care of it asap. Maikaila, is a great representative of this bank, & I enjoy coming in contact with her when dealing with my accounts on any level. She always has a smile on her, & really asks about your day, & always wishes you well. Keep up the good work !!

  I’ve been with this bank for 5 years and I have never had an issue! Midflorida has the most outstanding workers and they go above and beyond for their customers! They don’t treat you like a random person they treat you like FAMILY! Isamary Bermudez-Perez in the Buenaventura lakes Kissimmee FL location as been my go to girl since day one! I highly recommend this bank to anyone and everyone!!! Thank you midflorida for everything!!!!

  Terrible service. The atm is always down and they close very early so it’s impossible to deposit or withdraw money if you work during the week day. The app is TERRIBLE and locks you out for no reason. It’s literally useless. The customer service over the phone is rude and they don’t even want to help you. I have been trying to get my online account back since they locked me out and have not been able to because customer service will not help. They tell you to call a team member to get your account back and then you call and they don’t help you. I literally just want to deposit money and check my online banking and they’ve made it impossible.

  The worst customer service ever. Not just one time, literally everytime it takes forever for simple things. Most of the ladies there are rude and slow. I hate having to come to this bank, it's horrible.

  Been to this bank 4-5 times in 2 years just to open up an account. Every time i go, i leave after an hours wait. They take extremely long. Not enough workers to help the customers. This is a repetitive system. You can tell by all the same complaint reviews. 5 star ratings they have is obviously fictitious.
