  The Mid Florida Credit Union has awesome customer service. And with so many branches to choose from you can't go wrong. I am from North Florida and needed to do some share account business and they were quick, thoroughly, and accurate with the transaction. But above all, they were personable with a human touch of grace. It was a pleasure to do business with them. Oh and ask for Bruce, he was very personable.

  MIDFLORIDA Credit Union located in the Waterford Lakes area offers outstanding and exceptional service. All of the employees were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This company offers great rates and services for their members. I highly recommend this credit union to everyone.

  Feb 8 Customer service sucks a lady called me in and she told me after 3 min that she doesn't take people. And after i go back to the line she takes some one else. Would not come here again and thinking of closing my acc. The next lady who took care of me was helpful but was still the worst experience

  The worst associates to deal with specially maria Fulford while she needed something she was on point when we had questions or didn't understand something she was time ghost never responded even her colleagues couldn't find her abouts. We ended business with the bank after months of dealing with paper works and everything got a notice In The mail stating they had to back out of a procedure we where doing for a home. Now we have to start all over again but thanks to God the other back is way better.

  Terrible credit union and rude employees, would absolutely NOT recommend doing business with them. My account was closed and I was accused of being a fraudster even though I gave them all the information they needed IN PERSON by Nicole Moore in the fraud department. Based on the other reviews here, I'm not the only one who has had a negative experience with them as well. Any other credit union in Orlando looks like it would be a better option.
