  I was very fortunate to have had stop at this location, I’ve had great experiences at other branches, overall MIDFLORIDA FCU is a great institution. Nieshia Green was the most helpful, friendly, and respectful banker I could ever met. Her experience was shown, she guided me through the process and explained everything in a very clear manner. I could not thank you enough for all you do. I hope you shine so bright to others so they can learn what customer service is all about. Thank you!

  Mid Florida Credit Union understands the value of cultivating relationships. Debbie and Renetta at the Maitland branch are top notch. I’m sure every employee there is just as awesome. Debbie made the process of opening a small business account simple and a pleasure. Renetta who works with customers as they enter the branch and via the drive-up is a terrific communicator. She knows your name and is authentic.

  The staff are nice enough but the deposit function NEVER WORKS on the ATM at this location, which is the closest to me. The whole reason I switched to MidFlorida from an online-based CU was to have the available ATMs... Can't even have that basic perk. EDIT on 7/28 - I emailed MidFlorida, per their instruction. They called me later that same day and explained that they were able to see that the machine had a system error at the time I tried to deposit, then assured it shouldn't happen again.

  Had such a great morning meeting with Deborah Dyer and Maria Fulford. They gave me such great information about how to do a construction loan and credit information! I can't wait to do business with mid Florida!

  Not even a member yet. Im currently going through the HELOC process and was advised I could take my documents to a branch. Maitland is the closest but I was unaware their lobby is closed (COVID). I was about to walk away frustrated over the wasted trip. A nice gentleman named Nigel came out willing to help me. Copied and sent all my documents through the drive thru. Great customer service Nigel!!

  Best Credit Union! Drive thru hours are 7am-7pm, great Saturday hours, friendly staff. Loan and credit card rates are extremely competitive. Cash bonus for opening an account with direct deposit. This is the same place that has the Midflorida Ampitheater in Tampa. Super excited to see they've finally expanded to the Orlando market.

  Service is truly lacking with this bank, bad communication also to make your auto payment it is $30 additional on their app / website, bank will not except a debit card for payment either has to be check or cash in person.. borrowing close to $100k on a vehicle i would expect better customer service! i will never bank with this CU again and will discourage every one i know to stay clear of this CU

  I have never once been disappointed with Mid Florida Credit Union or the employees. Especially this location. Love this bank! 10/10 highly recommend.
