  If you need a bank that provide you good customer service this is not it, the staff is not friendly at all, they won’t even address you when you walk in the door. Even if you make an appointment you would wait long time. I closed mi account cause Bank of America it is just a horrible bank and because of the service that I got in this location, just horrible don’t visit this location always short of staff and rude.

  Only 1 teller and no drive-thru. When people are waiting in line, the 1 teller should not be having a personal conversation with a very chatty customer! I gave up and left.

  Suuuuper slow service, there was a line out the door as both the ladies working chatted with the people they were helping for 25 minutes about their kids, Christmas, random stuff.. as the line kept building. Originally I was first in line, and i waited 25 min behind ONE customer being helped by each teller. The lady basically said her guess would be as good as mine as to what the charge on my account was so she never opened my account and offered me to wait for the person at the desks but it would take 30 to 40 min.. even tho every customer in the bank was in line for the tellers. So I'm not sure what I would be waiting up to 40 min for. Since I already waited long enough, I left and called customer service online and even tho they could only see what I saw, at least they told me it was issued by the bank and for a return. So I was able to figure out what it was for. The teller at the branch could have told me this if she put in minimal effort into helping me.. I feel like waiting 25 min for service I deserved at least that!

  Stood in line for a cashiers check for no less than 10 minutes. One teller. All the while, 5 other staff members were standing around in the lobby chatting and laughing. When asked if one could help me, they said I was in the right line. Great customer service right!?

  One of the worse branches I've been to. I went in today trying to discuss some information about my business account and these racist employees had me waiting for a long time never ask if I needed help, looked at me as if I didn't belong, my money keep you with a job. Zero enthusiasm for the customer. This branch should be immediately closed down.

  Never have I ever been to a bank that doesn’t accept cash when you are depositing into someone’s account. If you bank here good luck, Cause it clearly isn’t a bank! Told me to goto post office to get a money order to deposit. That’s like going to the strip club and them telling you they don’t accept cash. Odd

  Standing in the cashiers line waiting with two tellers and one is tied up with a customer obviously for a while....I ask a bank employee (helping no one) are there were any more tellers to which she replied "we have two" knowing one was tied up for an extended time..so I requested if they could get some help.....she just looked at me and shook her head no...no "I'm sorry Mr customer we don't"..just a rude head shake. I would never deposit money in BOA. Opinion verified.

  Always an issue with their systems. Always have to “reboot” while people stand outside and wait. Horrible **UPDATE** nothing has changed. 4:30pm on a Friday. One teller. Ten people in line. Five “workers” sitting around doing nothing. Why the hell are they even there if they can’t help? BOA JUST LOST A CUSTOMER!!!! Close down this place, now!!!!!!

  Still standing in line. Only one cashier open at 1:37pm and no drive through...only for ATM machine.
