Jnice165Got to say all the different bank I've used over the years well let's say it was uncomfortable always felt I didn't belong. But muddiest had been extremely nice help me move ford in my business by opening a business account. Cassandra on N. 9th st had been great help very responsive they always have great deals for new bank accounts. Make it very easy and they help you choose the best account for you. So yea 100% happy with them and I'll continue to do business with them.

Bill Scott2Overall, disappointed. Opened a checking account on a Friday with a check from another bank. They put a hold on my funds for 2.5 weeks and cashed my check in two days. Also the debit card printer was broken and I had to come back another day. Also to open the checking account, you must open a savings account with a $250 initial balance or pay a $4 a month fee. Needless to say, not a good experience. The good point was that it had a great TV in the branch to watch as I waited for someone to wait on me.

Tanisha Fisher1Do not bank here, claims transactions have posted and gone through correctly then they move the "posted transaction" to a different date a week later so you are hit with an overdraft fee even after you spoke with a rep to confirm the transaction posted a week ago. Worst bank I've ever used would not recommend to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would.

alexis caddy5I’ve had my bank account since 2016, I believe, and I have always experienced nothing but kindness from every employee at every location. The employees are always so willing to help, smile, and make sure I’m highly satisfied. Today I had issues with my bank account and Daezia (I apologize, but I’m not sure how to spell her name) (DAY-JUH) was extremely helpful. She helped me figure everything out and was very patient. I hope this reaches her so she knows how much her help meant to me. Thank you Daezia and MidFirst bank for always giving great customer service.

Devon Nichole5I absolutely love this branch. It's located by my apartment so I go here a lot. The tellers are always nice to me and never have been rude or act too busy for me. The inside is always very nice and clean. I will continue to use this as my regular bank.

Bucky Rodkin2This bank has went downhill lately. This was not the bank I got to know when I moved to Tulsa. I don't like some of the activity that goes on with at least a few tellers. I used to be in a good mood when I came in, but with how it is now, I am not that happy. If I had not got my watch and some other goodies, I will be doing my business somewhere else. Just because I have a different personality does not mean I should be treated like dirt. That goes for you, Miranda!

Amanda K1This location on numerous occasions, in the past, has given my account balances to someone who deposited money in my account without me present. They also have given a receipt with the account balance to someone through drivethough making a deposit. Know that when you sign their policy agreement, they can with hold your money or shut down your accounts for "business reasons" even though you've been there for nine years, with no reason given. My money is currently still in the accounts but I have been denied access online to see them. I have no idea what I did wrong nor will they tell me. I wouldn't trust this bank as now I have to pull out my money and start over for no apparent reason!
