richard ferguson1Even though I have money in my bank they still charge me 34$ overdraft TWICE because it didn't have money the next day ... OH I WONDER WHY?? BECAUSE I SPENT IT!! I paid 1.50 + 34$ for a soda then again for a bag of chips. Why do I get charged an over draft if it's not ??? Thats Bull!! I will be closing my account after March and going to TCU

Kerri Fowler1This is probably the most unfair bank I have ever banked with they sit there and charge double overdraft fee when I only went negative 1 time .Sorry but you see someone struggling don't take $65 out in fees when they do get paid .I'm definitely switching banks this one is a joke .All they care about is charging you and when you call to get them to understand they don't do anything about it .Bad customer service .Don't bank here if you can help it
