Anthony R1When I set up my checking account they never asked me for my phone number or email address then when I got my debit card in the mail it said I needed to call from a number that's associated with my account to set it up but that their center was closed so I had to wait another day then when I finally got connected with someone he activated my card for me and said it's ready to go and that I need to go to the bank to give them my phone number in case they ever need to send me a code or something - but he never asked what pin I wanted or told me the pin for my card so at the bank they told me I would have to call them back and that they can't do pin related things there but when I called back the guy on the phone told me that the bank would have to do that or they would have to mail a computer generated pin to my house that would take 5 business days to get there - all of the checks I've deposited are on hold because they do that to all their new customers I've deposited lots of cash and I still can't get into my account or the app because you need a pin for that. Overall very poor experience so far.

Treasurex5I don't write reviews but I really thought they deserve a good review. I have a large coin collection I am slowly depositing and its a lot of work with coins as we all know. No one likes to work extra hard BUT everyone at this Bank is wonderful and really helps out. I don't understand the bad reviews here. Its not the Banks fault if you overdraft your account what a fair way to submit a review.

Logan Škrtić1Went to pull out the $100 that I electronically transferred from Wells three days ago on the 5th when I opened the account and the teller tried telling me that funds would not be Available until the 12!! Said "there was no way to give You your money because it is in our fraud prevention for new accounts." Made my blood boil. It took me asking for a manager to recite them their own policies on how electronic funds deposits are supposed to be available the same day: and show them the withdrawal record from Wells Fargo to get my money bank. Don't ever Bank here, they are as crooked as they come.

Jason R Wolf5I very rarely write a review so I feel this financial institution deserves one. The service to their members are unmatched compared to other banks. Friendly and typically know you by name. I entrust a financial institution that treats you like a family member other than a number. The only setback I personally have to state is the deposit process of crediting into any account can take awhile for a pending status to clear and the ATM deposit system is a bit archaic compared to most other banking systems. Overall though I highly highly recommend this financial institution to anyone. One more thing.... ALL BANKS ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYs and Federal holidays. If you are an individual complaining about the bank being unavailable those days then either you are new to US banking system, an inept individual, or just a person who loves to complain.

Sandra Lee1My bill payments don't go through, my deposits get skrewed up..I needed a new debit card..by the time all the kinks were worked out I was without a debit card for 3 months.. signing into my account is a circus without success most of the time. I sat in the drive up window once for 20 minutes..no one helped me.. I could see them chatting but no one offered service. Worst bank I've ever used.

Jeremiah Covey1If it wasn't for the staff at Anthem and the one on Waddell , I would have closed my account to bad the staff from the top down couldn't be as great as the bank branch looked, NOT HAPPY AT ALL !

Shawna Groh1Worst customer experience! They are never helpful on the phone in person is not much better! They say stuff is taken care of on the phone when it’s not! The ATM system is terrible, when you deposit money you don’t get it for days. STAY AWAY!!!
