Jason Cutler5Due to the lack of customer service at my original Bank. I was forced to look for a new one. Friend of the wife said she has banked with MidFirst Bank for over 15 years and loved their customer service. I scheduled an appointment with google maps (lol) and was able to go into a branch not a grocery store and open my account with no wait. Employees were professional!

Nancy Machera1The worst service ever !! Don’t even bother. They say you can deposit a check via the mobile app but nobody tells you that you'll have to WAIT for 11 BUSINESS DAYS to access YOUR funds. I needed my money and Anna and Christina advised me to "borrow money from a friend" Wow. Having worked in the bank before, I'll say this is the worst customer serviced bank ever and they do not care about customers especially if do small-average transactions. All customers add value to a bank that trully values business, MIDFIRST doesn't get it.

Jacob O'Neal3The staff is great. Whether at the drive through or inside the bank. But their ATM is frustration. Why should I have to insert and remove for it to ask me to insert it again as standard procedure. Plus, half the time it doesn't read the chip on the first try and I have sit in the car and wait for it to reset before I can insert, remove and insert again to withdraw cash.

Rayven Koehler5I found my forever bank!! This MidFirst Bank had impeccable customer service I was astounded. When I first walked in I was greeted by a teller, and she asked about my needs and then I was directed to the lobby to wait to open an account. I waited about 45 seconds and I was greeted and received a handshake from the personal banker, Caitlynn who then offered me water. She carefully reviewed my needs and helped pick out the best accounts for me. She was able to answer all of my questions and made me feel like a valued customer, as she got to know a little bit of who I was. KUDOS!!

Chris1Opened 2 new accounts, deposited large sums of cash to sit in reserve. 5 months later received a notice that my debit card will be terminated for non use. Contacted customer service through online message service. Reply received stated my concern was being forwarded to an appropriate manager. Never heard back. Closed accounts and moved funds elsewhere. They did send me this nice email today, see pic below. Seems like a debit card would have been much cheaper.

D C5So far, very good. I feel like they take time to recognize and know me. When I need things, there’s not the perception I’m unimportant and they do everything to accommodate my movement of money, etc. I have a personal and multiple business banking accounts here, and they are seamless and easy to use/access/etc. Their personal banking app is simple, and intuitive. The business app (if you business bank) is a little more maintenance, but not bad. I recommend this bank, and this branch.

I left Wells Fargo to go with Midfirst because they have exceptional customer service, they care about you and your needs, and they care about who you are and what your business goals are. I love that you can go to any ATM and not be charged for it! amazing!

Michelle Noe5I love working with Coleman and the crew. He has been super accommodating helping me establish our non-profit checking account. I love getting greeted my my first name. The tellers are polite and patient. I appreciate a bank that has handy hours staying open late. I like to do both online and in person banking. They are open until 7pm. I’m very pleased with the service.

Glam Beauty1Horrible customer service by the cashier Donna. I went to the drive thru I needed help getting a money order and her attitude was really bad from the beginning. She was rude and condescending. Having worked as a cashier in a bank before, I can say this is totally unacceptable. Nobody deserves this kind of treatment.
