  Convenient location, and super friendly staff. The branch manager has been super helpful and took care of me on issues I had with my account. The counter help is also friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this business.

  I am a Midfirst Bank customer for last 18 years. I am extremely satisfied with their normal banking operations. The Branch at Santafe and 164th is a blessing for the working people due to the evening and weekend operations. The staff are extremely courteous and customer friendly. One point of discontent is when it comes to getting a car, home or small commercial loan, the other local banks are much more approachable and easier to work with.

  Great service. The branch is clean and tidy. Cooperative local management and branch staff always trying to help. Only 4 stars because top-down regulation and top management make it difficult to do business.

  I was gonna open an account and made an appointment at 6pm that I scheduled prior and I checked in at 5:58p. 6:32pm comes around and nothing. I am trying to understand what the point of appointments are. Your wasting my time that I don’t have to wait, which is why I made an appointment so I ended up going elsewhere to open a new account. You offer appointments but don’t honor them. No thank you. That just shows what kind of bank you are.

  Stay away. The tellers here do not understand how basic banking works.

  Edmund was extremely helpful and provided me with a great customer service experience. Love this branch, thank you Midfirst Bank for making my day and for assisting me so that I can pay my bills on time! Highly recommend !

  I made a deposit . Apparently I was over . The young lady asked if I wanted the missing amount back . I said Yes . I didn’t receive the $ in the drive thru . The $ was missing . The lady said she sent it but I never got it .. my money was stolen by the bank teller that quick and easy . They wouldn’t rewind the cameras.

  Poorly managed. Went in for a simple transfer between accounts and even the branch manager couldn’t figure out which account I had a loan operating out of. Meanwhile, was put on the back burner while 3 other customers were allowed to go ahead of me, all with varying account problems....go figure.

  Just needed a simple pin change and had to wait for 45 minutes for the assistant manager.

  More upset that they wouldn’t remind the cameras on a missing $100. I never received the $100 bask , I have a business account and first time this ever happened
