  The worker who was here on July 19, 2021 at 12pm is very unprofessional. This is not the first altercation me and my husband have had with her. Today I went to go send money to my mother. The first thing this woman mentions is that my husbands tvdl is expired but that was from weeks ago when we went and this time we were sending it through my name so she clearly just didn’t want to give us service and wanted us to leave. Not only that this place has never asked me for my ssn but today this woman asked for my ssn. I made a call to the police department and made a report just in case. I don’t understand what her deal is she should be more professional this is work not high school. She was also getting very agitated with me and made me repeated my phone number 3 times. I always come here for 3 years and don’t deserve horrible service like this. This place is surely to lose business soon if this woman keeps it up.

  The worst money transfer experience I had I've been receiving and sending money through western union for a while and everything was just fine. My big mistake is when I dealt with this Middle East Financial Services thing! they refused to send me my money unless I give them a bank account and I have to wait for three days, or I have to travel from the state where I live to Illinois to take the money, there's no convenient options for their customer, when I asked them to cancel the transfer they did and they charged me 30$ for nothing even the cancellation was made in the first day and the transfer wasn't done If you want to be out of choices, charged for no service I suggest you deal with those guys, they know how to transform a simple money transfer into a money charged failed service Sad there's no 0 star rate option

  The worst ever , the lady at the window doesn’t even know how to type the name on the transfer , also i was promised next day money pick up in jordan , but never did i called them 10 times they never pick up the phone , never go back again.
