beth gilles5I want to thank Liz Huibregtse for the years of going over and above for all my banking needs. I have personal and business accounts along with accounts for my kids at MidCountry for over 12 years. Liz has always gone beyond what’s expected in making sure we are prepared. I will ask her what I need to bring in for whatever I may be doing and she gives me the complete and thorough list. The only times I’ve had any issues or needed to come back has been when Liz isn’t there to help. We followed Liz from the Excelsior/Cub location and we will follow her to wherever she will be. Thank you Liz and MidCountry for taking care of all my needs.

Louis Levilain1I walked in with three government checks totaling $2,800 and $200 cash. The bank manager gave no explanation nor options for issue resolution. Just said " because of irresponsible behavior 2 years ago we won't honor your money or open an account". Very rude and, obviously, No communication skills. Nothing positive to say about this institution.

Brody Hagemeier1MidCountry Bank is anti-military! My friend joined the Marine Corps. and accidentally overdrew on his account during a one-week break to visit family. MidCountry charged him daily fines until he addressed it. Didn't find out until weeks later and owed hundreds of dollars in fines, which MidCountry refused to reduce or waive. BANDITS!!!

Alicia Peebles1The ONLY good thing about this bank is the teller Annie. Everything else is horrible! Dont try and call customer service or use the chat, the agents are not informational and are very rude, they lack any sort of empathy. If you are a middle income person who has life issues once in awhile this IS NOT THE BANK FOR YOU. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ONLY ABOUT THE FEES AND THE MONEY YOU DEPOSIT. STAY AWAY!
