  I pulled in at 345 to the Noland road office and it was closed. There was a sign saying "will be back soon" . I waited for 45 min and then left. Have liked dealing with this place in the past but this is unacceptable. When you close at 6, can't you wait an hour or so to run your errands? Disappointing.

  Excellent Customer Service ! Carmen & Brandi was Great . Everything was Explained wondeful . I was In and Out less than 20 Mins . I would Highly Recommend Friends to This Location and Guarantee they Get What they Needed to get by & the Ladies would get them Out Fast . Per Myself If Needed I know That's Where Im Going !   This place is buy far the best place to get a title loan from they have excellent customer service in they a go out they way to get u the max on a loan in if u short on a payment let them know they will work with u that's what i like bout this place really good ppl in a really good title loan place they all great in BRANDI & CARMEN is the best they will get u rite no doubt bout that....👌👌👌👌

  Well I came in to get a loan and I've never really done it before I didn't know nothing about it when I came and it was very inviting the two ladies a I forget their names the moment wherew the best they made me feel like home they really deserve a raise for what they do they went above and beyond their means of helping me

  My van got repoed on Nov.9, 2018. My van sold on Jan 2, 2019. Over payment of 386 dollars I claimed on Jan 29, 2019. Here it is December 10, 2019 and I have still not got a check for my van being sold over what I owed. Talk about interest needing to be paid. When I ask Mid American title loans they give me a repo company outside of Missouri that handles the checks. So I call them and all they can tell me is "They havent recieved the check yet" DO NOT GO TO MID AMERICA TITLE LOANS THEY SUCK. I HAVE HAD BETTER LUCK AT TITLE MAX. MID AMERICA TITLE LOANS SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY ARE JEWS AND SCREW PEOPLE OVER.
