  As efficient as they come. The house purchasing process is tedious, as everyone knows. However, Christine and her team make everything simple. While there are inevitable frustrations along the way in negotiations, and other areas of the home purchasing process.. Christine and her team are there for you every step of the way. They made my process not only easy, but fast. I originally started with another lender, which I ultimately regretted in the end, after I realized how much time I wasted, when I could've just gone to Christine and her team to begin with. Highly recommend using this lender if you're ever wanting to get into a home in the future. Thanks again, Christine (and to your team also)!

  Christine and her team work as a cohesive unit to keep things moving as smoothly as possible. When things did not go as planned with the sale of our previous home in Florida, Christine and her team worked tirelessly through the weekend to ensure that our purchase in Texas stayed on track. I cannot thank her enough! She is extremely familiar with VA loans and all the extra that comes along with using them. I would use Christine again in a heartbeat and will recommend her to anyone looking to secure a loan.

  Had a great experience in the entire house buying process using the VA loan and all matters and issues were addressed in a prompt and professional matter. If there wasn't someone available, another team member would be ready to help. Highly recommended, 10/10.

  I could not say enough about the service I got from Christine Pervan and her team of awesome people in their office. They explained everything in great detail through this whole process foe me being a first time home buyer. Also they answered thw phone everytime and always gave me whatever advice needed to best suit my needs and to make the process go super smooth. They updated me very promptly with anything that changed or needing addressed. I would highly recommend thwm if you are in the market for a home loan or planning to refinance. Thank yal for everything you helped me with to become a first time home owner.

  Christine and her team are beyond five stars to say the least. I used the home for heroes program, and with Team Christine’s knowledge and experience it was a very painless process. The week of closing, Christine personally went above and beyond to pick up the ball my realtor dropped, completed tasks that were the realtor’s responsibilities, and we closed on time. Without Christine’s due diligence, I’d still be “homeless”.
