  Courtney Kraft and team do a Phenomenal job! They communicate well and are extremely helpful for my clients making sure they understand what their payment will be based on what price, what goes into that payment and also make sure that they don't stretch themselves too thin. They really do have the clients best interest in mind and it shows! Even in the very rare instance of a hiccup, they go far above & beyond to make things right with everyone involved in the process!   The easiest financing I've ever had. Keith was so well versed in his knowledge that didn't even have questions when we were done. The original loan was going to be a VA loan but he was able to get me a better interest rate. He also save me from doing a wire transfer to a scammer, I almost sent my down payment to thieves. I was fortunate to work with Keith. Thanks Mid America.

This was our first time purchasing a home and our experience working with Courtney and her team far exceeded our expectations. They were so approachable, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. These attributes helped to ease our anxiety and provided us with the information necessary to make an informed decision regarding the largest purchase of our lives. Courtney was always available to answer our questions via phone, email, or text. Mid America Mortgage provided my wife and I with a care package to assist in our move out of our apartment. This package included packing boxes, bubble wrap, and moving tape! This blew us away! We have never heard of other lenders showing such thoughtfulness. Also, on the day of our move, they bought us pizza!!! We were incredibly appreciative as we were worn out and stressed from the move. I cannot day enough good things about Courtney, Seth, and Mid America Mortgage. I will recommend them to anyone in the market for a lender. Truly 5-star service.
