  Something has changed! I used to be so happy with this credit union, not anymore. $8.00 fee to fax a payoff of a loan you e made thousands on. Several rude people work hear also. Tried to get them to help me when my account was compromised and got nothing but an argument.. closing one account at a time.. I’ll be doing my business elsewhere

  I put in an application for a home equity loan. I was never called about the process. I went out of my way to give them the info needed asap. Three days and 2 emails later I haven't even heard a word from them. Went with another lender and I am already onto next step in 1 day. Says a lot about their loan department.

  I am so impressed with the staff at the Greenville location. My daughter got her first car loan, and they were on top of it and made her feel really good about it. I also like that every time we walk in everyone is smiling and so kind and courteous!! Thank you Greenville Michigan One for being awesome!!

  GREAT PLACE....honest loyal and actually get to know you...Staff is great and runs smoothly..wouldn't bank anywhere else..

  Horrible credit union take your money somewhere else crooks charge you a over draft for money u have in your account better off going to a big bank credit union not like they use to be
