  In all transparency I did not go with Kelli and her team however I was so impressed with their attention to detail and professionalism, I thought it necessary to post a review. She went out of her way when we were shopping for mortgages and was genuinely helpful and professional. I highly recommend her and her team. To answer the obvious question , I chose another company due to my current companies benefit program and it had nothing to do with the Michigan Mortgage Mom team.

  Kelly recently helped our family with the purchase of our new home. I have purchased before and done several refinances in the past. This was by far the fastest and easiest mortgage process I have ever been through. We were done in only a couple weeks on a purchase! Strat to finish, Kelley and her colleague Robin were extremely responsive to all our questions and very knowledgeable. We were given regular updates on the process and never left wondering what was going on. I have since referred my parents to Kelly, and will tell all my friends and family about her.

  Kelly is on it, when it comes to getting a mortgage closed! I did not directly work with her, as I was the listing agent to a property in which she was helping the buyers, but she kept me in the loop and stayed vigilant about the process of closing the mortgage. We even closed early! I will definitely recommend Kelly again!

  As a Real Estate Admin, I work with my fair share of lenders. When representing the seller, I almost ALWAYS have to harass the lender for updates to keep the seller in the loop. Kelly and her team were absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire transaction. Robin provided updates regularly, before I even had a chance to inquire, and we received a Clear to Close well before our target closing date! Looking forward to working with this team again in the future!! Thanks for your hard word and top-notch service!

  Kelly and Robin are a great team--- Kelly was my loan officer from a home purchase back in 2019. In 2021, she proactively reached out to me saying we could get a better interest rate, so we refinanced! The process was easy and quick-- Robin helped move things along swiftly to get our closing done in record time, too!

  Kelly at MMM was recommended to us by our real estate agent when our current bank couldn't close in the time the sellers required. We were hesitant to switch at first. However, I have to say we are thrilled with their (Kelly & Robin) responsiveness and attention to detail. I can easily get them on the phone or expect a prompt return to an email. I HIGHLY recommend them! To say that they are timely is an understatement!!!

  Kelly was great to work with for our home refinance - initial conversation with her to signing closing documents was very fast! She was quick to respond with questions, and took time to work out more complex details so we got the best refinance possible. I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking to refinance, as well as her company (Key Mortgage) and those they work with - All around excellent job!
