  Michael is very detailed and attentive. I am very impressed in his loan officer skills and extensive knowledge of mortgage programs.   I just wanted to thank Michael from Security National and Amber Byrami from TR Realty for there expert service to purchasing a home. I had been looking for home with my realtor Amber for about a year because it really takes time to find the right home. She was super professional and fun through out the whole journey. Amber paired with Michael made the process very simple and fast once I found what I was looking for. Michael actually set me up with the best interest rate possible and I paid almost nothing when it came to closing.   Michael is probably one of the most amazing lenders you will ever meet. I seriously can not say enough good things about him. He is down to earth and makes you feel like you are just hanging with a friend. I love how he is the perfect amount of laid back but professional at the same time.   I can't say enough about how much Michael has done to get us the best deal possible when we refinanced our home. He went above and beyond on multiple occasions to make the loan process a great experience and ensure that we were aware of all the complicated details. With Michael, you are more then just another client. He treats you like a true friend because he knows that purchasing or refinancing a home is one of the biggest decisions a person can make.   I was absolutely relieved when I was led to Micheal Ivanov of Welending. After dealing with someone who had zero clue, effort, or ability to help me Michael was effortless for me while he took his knowledge and got me my dream. A house MY house. Always worried because of the past lender Michael within 3 weeks said you're going to Title Tomorrow to sign. Wow he works for his clients. Absolutely knowledgeable beyond usual because he made the effort to further educate himself. What an easy pleasure MICHAEL was to work with. Always saying" if you don't hear from me that's a good thing" and it was. Before you know it I was signing Title for my house without constant worry like before.
