  I got to know Mike after he came in highly recommended by several of my friends who ended up buying houses in Long Island all within the last few years. I recently closed on a house and I could not recommend Mike enough. It was not easy finding a house during the pandemic but Mike was there to guide me in every step of the process.   As first time home buyers, we needed a lot of guidance when making our purchase and Mike made our experience seamless. We bought at the height of COVID and were looking to move out of the city and buy in the suburbs as soon as possible. Considering all of the challenges of buying during this time, his knowledge of the area, the market and purchasing as first time home buyers put our worries at ease. He was always available to answer our questions, gave us his undivided attention and listened to what our needs were. We found our home in the area we were hoping for and very happy with our purchase! You can't go wrong with Mike Furino as your real estate agent!

  There aren't any actual words that can accurately describe our experience with Mike selling our home and buying another home within the span of 3 months. Mike came as a strong recommendation from our amazing home inspector. He was very attentive and fielded all of our ridiculous questions with patience and understanding. He never pushed us to bid on anything, and we never felt like he was just trying to make a sale (unlike previous experiences with other realtors). He continually kept us updated on things, and was always very responsive. The care and compassion shown throughout our experience would be something you would come to expect from a family member or a close friend. His knowledge and expertise really helped us to make the right decisions, and we ended up in an amazing home that was beyond what we originally expected.

  Michael brings three key characteristics to the table which were essential for us to have in a realtor as first time buyers: patience, professionalism, and persistence. With his vast knowledge of the market, the Long Island area and his experience having many sales under his belt, Michael was able to provide the guidance that was needed in order for us to find the perfect home. He was always available and quick to respond which we really appreciated. He was always one step ahead of everyone involved. This gave us reassurance and eased our nerves during what could have been a very stressful experience. We knew Michael could and would handle any obstacle that we would be presented with in a timely and thorough manner, and he did. We looked at many houses with Michael and he kept us focused throughout the process and would notice important things about certain homes we saw that we would have otherwise missed, leading us to our forever home.   There’s not enough good things I can say about Michael Furino. As first time home buyers, going through the process of purchasing a home was very intimidating. There are so many moving parts to juggle, you can easily be overwhelmed. Fortunately, Michael made it where we hardly felt any of that pressure! From the very beginning, he made me and my wife feel confident that we will find the right house. Going to open houses and deciding on different towns was made easier because of his insight of the Long Island neighborhoods and overall knowledge of the real estate business. His network of contacts made it easy to find the services we needed to move forward in purchasing the property, there was no service we needed that he didn’t have a contact for. I highly recommend Mike as your realtor. He was great to work with and most importantly, he always made himself available when we needed it.

  Mike was the absolute best realtor that I have ever worked with in my life, and truly the reason we got the house of our dreams. Mike was professional, organized, and attentive from the get-go. Whether we found a house or Mike sent us listings, Mike would quickly and efficiently setup a viewing. When picking a house, Mike was never pushy and never had his own agenda - he gave us the space to make the decision that worked best for our family, while being supportive throughout the process. As we got under contract, Mike yet again exceed our expectations, and went above and beyond. He was our go-to person for advice, recommended awesome inspectors, lawyers, etc. for the process, and checked in with us on a regular basis to make sure everything was going smoothly. Mike was truly the best and we couldn't have had a better home-buying experience with anyone but him!
