  I would highly recommend Demell Jenkins and his staff for all of your insurance needs. They are very friendly, courteous, accessible and competent. I was extremely pleased with my interaction with Francisco and all the account associates they were very professional and friendly. I just wanted to let everyone know of the wonderful experience I had. Demell is dedicated to helping his customers and making sure all of their concerns and issues are dealt with. I am definitely a very satisfied customer. Looking forward to changing my house insurance with them.

  I have Never had any contact with State Farm until very recently, as I was shopping for a more affordable car insurance Policy. The Gentleman by the name of DJ Hill provided beyond exceptional customer service. DJ was respectful , engaged , but most of all understanding. Even though I was shopping for a car insurance policy I walked away with a Life insurance policy as well. Life insurance is something that my family and I did not have, let alone we never about it. Thank you DJ for the awesome experience and the excellent customer service. 👍

  Demell Jenkins and State Farm have been amazing. Keeping me up to date and informed on my insurance status while being very kind and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and the cheapest option I had when I signed up a couple years ago. EDIT: got Mike as a new agent and he is outstanding! spoke with DJ who was very friendly and helpful, State Farm now is offering a great life insurance policy. Awesome people/company. can't recommend enough

  The guys all provided great service. They work well as a team. Carmine- was very courteous and professional and helped me get a great quote not only for myself but for my parents as well. Michael- I had to come in with a few documents- he quickly took care of me. Francisco - While Carmine was finishing up my quote, he was getting the shots of my car to end the process. Demell- Greets you with a smile, treats his staff well and helps you with any additional questions. & Danny - welcome to my favorite State Farm team!! Keep up the good work fellas!!

  Kevin was a joy to visit. He keeps the process fun and engaging while dealing with insurance. The staff treated me to free coffee and snacks. I mean, who doesn't love free food? Definitely recommending this specific agency to friends.

  10 stars! Thanks to Mike Marcellino I was able to lower my rates on my auto policies, business auto policiy and 2 home owners policies. Mike went above and beyond, even calling the auto dealership when they would not cooperate with me. He also informed me that State Farm does auto loans and worked to get me the lowest interest rate possible. He was available 24/7 even while he was away on vacation. I can't say enough good things about the service Mike has provided. He is such an asset to State Farm and I highly recommend him.
