  Mike Adam terminated with State farm and became an independent agency under the name of Michael Adam Insurance Agency. He is still located at 168 Main Street, Dansville, NY 14437 and the hours operation are M-F 9:00 A.m to 5:00 P.M except holidays and when otherwise posted at location when Mike needs to be out of the office for appointments with clients or training purposes.
