  I’ve never had a problem with the employees inside of the actual building, they’ve always been super friendly and helpful. I’m not sure if their employees you talk with over the phone are located in the branches or not but they definitely could use some more training in how they speak and deal with the people who bank through metro. Awful customer service.

  The women I have spoke to on the phone have never been friendly. Always rude and trying to rush you off the phone, or not listening to requests fully. I have never had this problem inside the branches or with male customer service. It's a shame as it's otherwise a great bank.

  I have been banking with metro for a while now and have had any problems until now. Recently I went to pay a bill for some work I had done the guy who I owed money lines out of state my wife went to the bank to do an ach transfer and filled out the paper work took our information. And never sent in the transfer and didn't inform us of this i just received an angry phone call about not receiving money owed I contact the bank and all.i get is an oops our bad. The problem here is this my bills went through and took the money so no there isn't enough in our account im.just upset that no effort was made to rectify the situation granted it was our bills that took the money I fewlmlike the bank should.make some.effort to help fix this adter all when im.at work and I mesa up something its on me to fix it now I have to figure out how to get enough money on short notice to pay a bill that i had already taken care of. This takes time out of my work.day and this cost me even more money to remedy than just the amount that has alreadyn been mis handled. We will ne going to a new bank that appreciates its patrons.

  Great place for checking and savings account. Also, for all loans! The holiday specials on loans and such are awesome. Tellers are always incredibly friendly and make it a pleasant transaction.

  Been a member of metro credit union for several years best bank ever!!staff so friendly all my banking needs are so awesome no complaints!

  THIS CREDIT UNION IS THEE BEST BANKING INSTITUTION I'VE EVER BEEN A PART OF!!! AT EVERY LEVEL OF MY LIFE, IN THE PAST FEW YEARS, THEYVE BEEN THERE FOR ME. GOOD, BAD, INDIFFERENT...CREDIT, LOANS, CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVEN THE COFFEE & SECURITY GUYS ARE GREAT!!!

  Do not feel they are trustworthy. Unlike a bank, employees can make transactions with friends or family members.
