  The amount of time you sit on hold is offensive. If their online banking wasn't so confusing I would use that. I'm just old and impatient. They always help me in the end. Other than the long hold time on the phone, this is a great credit union.

  I would give four star for the customer service over all but I would give Carmen more than 10 Stars for all her help and kindness since we opened our business account with Metro . She helped me out grabbing all the money from the ground after it got blown off at drive through area this morning .. we never had any problems ever depositing or pulling money out with her . I would send all our clients to start open an account with metro and asking for Carmen on 50 and L .

  I love this banks to the fullest. Easily to grant people different loan option and many more acceptable policy as well . I am perhaps advising friends and the family to go banking with Metro creasing union Moses Hoth Long

  Terrible customer service not personable at all. Everything is automated and you sit on hold for literally a half an hour! When the rep did finally answer he was NOT helpful and just rushed me off the phone. I'm going to Veridian!

  There should always be a way to make a payment over the phone and I think the should at least have the drive-thru open on Saturday until 6
