I was not approved for a Christmas loan nor a regular loan at the time of need with no explanation o and to add insult you charged me $15 to process a loan I never had a chance of getting anyway thanks a lot but I’m gone

Felecia S5I worked with Kimberly form the loan department in the middle of the Christmas Loan rush! She handled two separate loans one in the middle of November and one at the beginning of December. She put my mind at ease and made the process so much easy and she answered all my questions! Trust me I had a lot, and not to mention the multiple emails. She was so awesome and has a wonderful attitude. She saved me literally! She is a such a blessing to the MHFCU.! Keep up the great work!

Tisha Dandridge1Access to the automated system,and online banking is always a problem! Busy phone lines, declined cards (when funds are there), and error messages online are not only frustrating but can be very critical!! Branch employee scolded me when asked about overdrafts (systems were down). One told me to keep up with my balance in my head. It is 2021 for crying out loud!!! I have NEVER experienced this with ANY other financial institution. HORRIBLE

Jennifer Mason1Customer service at this credit union has truly tanked, especially for those customers who no longer work where there is a Methodist branch location. There is only one posted customer service number, which no one answers even when you call at different times throughout the day. The branches are only inconveniently open Monday, Wednesday, Friday, until 4 pm. Since I am no longer able to do direct deposit as a Methodist employee, this bank deactivated my online access to my account, and there is no one to help restore it despite several attempts to contact them in person (bank was closed due to new MWF hours), call them (someone called back once one hour to closing time), and emailing. The one time a human answered the phone, she told me their systems were conveniently down, but she did not offer to call me back when service was restored and treated me as if my business did not matter. Guess I will relieve them of this when I transfer my business to another credit union!

In regard to the branch hours, only the Le Bonheur and Olive Branch locations have limited hours - all other locations are open 5 days a week! In reference to your other concerns, all members are eligible for direct deposit with us regardless of where you're working, and there are no circumstances in which we revoke online banking privileges; there might be a technological glitch that we'd be happy to help with! Matt Brown1horrible credit union. they make their money by screwing its customers out of money. The president is a joke and a crook. There are no ways to put money in the bank unless you drive to inconvenient locations. And the one location i work at is only open 3 days a week now. which screwed me and forced me to get an overdraft fee they refuse to refund. avoid the credit union

We try to cater to the needs of our members as best we can, and as a vast majority are employed by the hospitals, our hours are meant to work with all shift cycles. In regard to making deposits and withdrawals, we actually offer remote check deposit through our mobile app, and are also part of the ATM Co-Op Network (this allows you to make withdrawals from participating ATMs for a flat rate of $1), all to try and make those experience as convenient as possible. bianca patten1I have been dealing with a card issue since last Wednesday. They informed me the problem was fixed & it was not. For four days I've been without access to my money. Card services cannot get in touch with them & neither can I. No one answers the phone. I have a health issue, and this five day hostage of my funds has completely irritated me. When I call today upon opening I hope the issue is resolved promptly or I will be withdrawing my account.

L Rich5Gives you that small town business and service! Extremely worthwhile if you work for MLH. They offer many perks and consider more than just your credit history when pursuing a loan. I recommend having them in addition to a major bank since their hours are like a small town too BUT they make that up with all of the perks!!!

Brea Govan1Horrible bank to bank with. Everyone that works there is very rude and unhelpful. I've banked with them since 2019 and it has been nothing but chaos.

Lametrius Marr1The Bellevue location is ridiculously inconvenient and inconsiderate and of their patrons. Theres NO parking for blocks, the door is always locked when you get there and their only ATM is hidden inside of the hospital!
