Frank helped us navigate a delicate situation during the sale of our home with the utmost professionalism and his experience was evident throughout the transaction.   Carrie Dittmar made every challenge along the way seem like no big deal. She had an answer for every question and made the sale of our home a breeze. We are overly pleased with her non-stop marketing pushes and she checked in with us about the sale every few days.   Steve Carlson has a great handle on the market, when to put your property up for sale, and the value. We had attempted to sell our land through other realtors several times to no avail. Steve made great suggestions on the listing and pricing, and gave us good council on our options when we received offers. On top of all that, there's the added benefit that Steve is such a nice guy, very trustworthy, always pleasant and professional. We'd definitely use him again!!!

  Brenna Fahlin was my relator when I sold my house. I had several different offers and helped me understand the process so that I could make an informed decision. I really appreciated her availability and that she spent time with me to help me. I was able to sell my house for 13% more than I was asking and it sold in about a week. I would and have recommended Brenna to my friends and others.

  I do not have enough great things to say about Brenna Fahlin! We started our home search right at the beginning of the market taking a turn around April/May of 2020. My husband and I were looking to sell our current home and purchase something larger for our growing family. We thought it might take a month or two and never anticipated finding our perfect home and getting an accepted offer would take 13+ months. Brenna stood with us every step of the way. I lost count of how many showings she took us to on the weekends and in the evenings and how many offers she wrote for us (really good ones I might add that were still denied.) We are so grateful that we had Brenna on our side during such a stressful year that should be an exciting time. She was always available by text and always made time for us. When she easily could have been tired of showing us homes, she kept on and NEVER pressured us into a house just to close a sale. She made a point to call out things we may have missed and she knew exactly what we were looking for and expecting. I know that she had to make a lot of calls to us to say "sorry guys, they went with another offer" however, in hindsight I am so happy we lost some of those homes. When we did finally find the one, we were ready to go all in and she helped save us money by going in with a fair offer, but asking closing costs. We thought in this market, no way... but it was accepted! Once we had an accepted offer , she helped us get top dollar for our current home in lakeside! She kept us informed on what to expect on next steps on the sale of our current home and purchase of the new one. Closing went seamlessly! Honestly we are sad not see Brenna multiple times a month anymore! She felt more like a friend than a real estate agent! We will refer friends and family to her for sure! :) Thank you Brenna!!!

  Amy Olson was constantly in contact with me, and was consistently readily available whenever I had a question or concern. She was professional, knowledgeable, and, if she didn't know the answer to an inquiry I had, she invariably took the time to research or figure it out.   Frank was a gem! After he toured my house, he had the knowledge and experience to know that this was an above average rental property. He recommended we listed it higher than what my expectations were, and on the day it was to be listed, he located a buyer at full price! There's a reason why Frank rates at the top when searching for realtors online. He is very friendly and is an excellent problem solver. There's NO DOUBT about who I'd choose to be my realtor in the Duluth area. Frank Messina is my guy!
