Logan Cochran1Not only did they close the branch near me, now they charge $15 to make my loan payment over the phone and $4 to pay online and the online payment option is limited. Going to look elsewhere for banking in the future.

G T1Terrible. This review is not only about this location but all. I have called multiple times trying to do business with them. Not only was setting up online account access horrible, so was paying off my loan and closing my account. The customer service representatives are powerless to act and are therefore very reactive. Last time I spoke with them I was the one coming up with solutions to my problems. I was sent to a "manager" to help me and they couldn't even come up with ways to help. When it comes to banking they are in the stone age. If you are affiliated with the military stick to USAA.

Kathryne Rickard1Worst customer service! Tellers were rude and disrespectful. I will never be returning to this location. The teller refused to take my debit card after verifying my photo ID because I did not sign it. This is something I choose not to do because I have had my identity stolen and credit ruined. So i call the manager, and speak with some woman, who informs me that it is visa's rules and regulations not theirs. After i hung up with her I called Visa. The woman I spoke with at Visa advised me that this in fact not the case. That as long as I provide photo ID there is NO reason to not accept my card. I then continued to file a complaint with visa. So apparently their management is spewing out false information with no remorse for the customers. They already make it incredibly difficult to take a payment without being charged a $15 convenience fee. Im very insulted and displeased with this financial institution. I suggest they train their employees better.

Melisha Cisler5So far so good! Even the online customer service was amazing. I was having issues with an account and she gave me her direct extension, so that in the future I could contact her directly. I was really impressed by the end of the day.

Margaret Dixon5I visited here due to Meritrust Credit Union letting Acacia Lodge #91- PHA use their parking lot to sell slabs of ribs. The ribs were delicious too.

Alli Edgin1The automated system that customers (or anyone with an inquiry) is incredibly inefficient. I don't have time to sit on hold for over 30 minutes. I also don't have time for it to take more than an hour to get a call back from your "helpful callback que". Hire enough staff to answer your phones.

Zachery Hinson1Can’t pay your bills without having an account? Absolutely terrible, also they try to avoid you going into a store to pay a bill by making an outdoor live agent payment section that takes 15-20 mins to pay something. Terrible.
