  First of all I'm real, the only reason I'm writing a review is because the company is real, Did what they said, May Louis was very calm while I was freaking out, Because I had some many bad experice, She did a great job with getting back to me overtime, When she was not there, I was the first person she would call. They way she said it would go, that is the way it went, No Lies, No false promises, Believe me I gave her hell on things I was not sure about, but She remained calmed, And bottom line she delivers. A very stand up women, I highly recommend asking for May Louis. She is the Best

  There's a lot of companies similar to Merchant Source out there pitching business. Many are not the most upfront about the process, fees, etc.,. I found Merchant Source to be a company of its word. From the start my representative, Jordan Charles, was a person of his word. He/They made the process very easy for the merchant (me) from start to finish. The timeline Jordan provided was accurate and the fees were as stated. I can highly recommend Merchant Source and Jordan Charles.

  Don’t believe when they say its only a soft pull to check your credit. It’s a hard pull then try to tell you it won’t impact your when it’s does. There not straight foward when comes to comunication
