  Absolutely horrible customer service. The service department are crooks. I replaced the rear air suspension on my GL450 myself and after installing the ride height sensors backwards, my air compressor would not kick on. Brought it to Mercedes of Caldwell and they literally tried to rob me. They stated that the sensors, arms, air bags, etc all have to be changed. Over $5000.00!!!! I sarcastically laughed and walked out after being charged over $300 for them to supposedly diagnose this. When all they did was lift my vehicle. I drove it to a very reputable mechanic who services Mercedes. He took a look under the car, reversed the sensor arms, calibrated them, and my car was as good as new. Less than $500.00. I will never return to Mercedes of Caldwell again. Instead of reversing the arm they wanted to replace everything just to pay their mechanics. I will strongly advise every friend and relative that i know to NEVER go there as well. Complete cons!

  Most people say car buying is a challenging experience. Not at Mercedes Benz of Caldwell. EVERY individual, from the sales people, to the technical specialists to the finance managers, were professional, courteous and focused on their customer’s needs. Extraordinary service. There are plenty of other places to buy a luxury car, but the level of service far exceeded my expectations. Well done, MB of Caldwell. Keep doing more of that.

  A family member had a horrible experience with this dealership. Watch out for their Sales tactics and ENSURE you shop the deal price around. Once we caught wind of the astronomical deal price because we shopped from a competitive dealership they came back with excuses as to why the number was so high. Do your due diligence as a consumer and your research.

  I purchased a very expensive service for the 3 maintenance periods, my wife dropped off the GL450 and i asked from the beginning to provide her with same size SUV as we have 4 kids and she has to pick them and drop them at the school but they loaned her a very small cross over even smaller than the regular sedan size. Brian gave me a call about the regular oil change etc and the recall on a steering wheel part. My wife took the car and returned home where i found the headlamp is not working and the right front tire is leaking. I was super busy and could not drop the car on the second day and she was concerned about the tire that was having lower pressure. I had to drive back to you guys and met Brian and asked him to check if there is any fuse was loose or was disconnected because the headlamp light was fine before dropping the car but he determined without checking the car that bulb is burned out and will cost me approximately $470 without even checking. He claimed he told me that tires are more flat and they need replacement and there is a leak in the cylinder head but he did not tell me about these problems. He decided without even examining the tire to chexk if there is leak from the valve or is it from the tire itself, he decided the tire will need to be changed!!!! Then he stated all tires need to be changed and i dont know where he fot this from but he did not even tell me what the the current depth of the tire tread. When i asked him that tire may need patch he quickly stated it will cost me $180!!! Like i am buying a new tire!!! In short, i had very unhappy experience due to the bad service caldwell Mercedes provides

  I've been driving Mercedes Benz for about 17 years. All my cars were purchased from my local MB dealership which is a few miles from my home except for the first one. I found this car on line from MB of Caldwell which is about 2.5 hours away. The salesmen Eugenio was very helpful and professional. Called me back right away, sent pictures of the car to my phone. I actually arrived to the dealership about 30 mins. after closing. They did wait for me but I told them over the phone I would stay overnight at a hotel. I stopped there about 30 mins. after closing and thanked the managers for trying to wait for me and that I would be back in the morning. Which I did. When I arrived in the morning Eugenio met me there and he's a great representative of the company. In fact the entire staff was very friendly and professional. Eugenio worked out a great deal for me and I'm very happy with the entire experience to say the least!

  I've been in the car business for almost a decade. I've been in and out of hundred's of dealerships across the state. I have to say I never met a more welcoming bunch of people. Particular the salesman I dealt with STEVE BARRAGATO. He was very generous with his time, and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I let him know up front that I was merely shopping around for a friend. Yet he was extremely attentive, not pushy, and took his time to go over some interesting details with me. I did not end up purchasing anything, but If I or any friend of mine is in the future, I'll definitely throw them Steve's way.

  From the very start MB of Caldwell delivered excellent quality care. My salesman Brian Texiera was professional, patient, and courteous. When he went out of town, he left me in good hands with Camilla who helped me test drive a car and had the heart to follow up while she was on vacation. There was no pressure along the way, just support. Their manager Mike Mutter was a true gem as well. Al in finance was informative, professional, and not pressure-ful. But the true test of a dealership’s integrity is how they treat you after the sale. I had a few requests after I took delivery of a pre-owned vehicle. Brian was just as responsive after the sale as he was during the sales process. They took great care of me after the sale and now I really wanted to share my wonderful experience. Thank you to the team, keep up the quality care!! Even as I’m in the show room writing this, George, another manager is helping a couple after sale...they’re smiling big. If you’re considering a MB or a pre-owned vehicle they have in their inventory, know I’m very happy with the deal I got and the service they provide is the icing on the cake!
