  I enjoy the people who work here, they are nice and helpful. They helped me since the old commercial bank closed down, when we had the old walk-through building open, by the drive through.

  I believe Jean was her name, Saturday morning I was trying to add my daughter to an account... She looked for ways to not help us instead of help... Maybe she should just take Saturdays off... When I was out of the room she even told my daughter that chemical would be a better idea because that's where the personal checks were from... Nice work Jean. My two sons(14&18) have accounts at mercantile and have never had an issue, of course I've never dealt with Jean and never will again.

  Pretty great place. A lot of people have negative things to say but I honestly always have had a great experience every time I go in for anything. They always help me out when I have any type of problem. Great people.

  Literally the worst place for the ATM on the side of the building. At the end of a normally busy lane. Not very ideal for quick cash. So plan ahead.

  Very rude when applying for a loan. I am not a member and was not treated well. I walked out and took my business elsewhere
