  I’ve left a review before but after today I’ve felt the need to leave another. I was sent here by my boss to make a deposit and the woman behind the counter was rude and kept making comments. When she finished my transaction she slapped the receipt down and turned her back. Leaving another customer turned to me and said she’s just as rude to other customers and has repeatedly been disrespectful to his family members. I’m not saying she should lose her job but maybe more training and empathy could me used here. I absolutely dread when I’m asked to do the deposits for the week because I specifically don’t want to deal with this representative.

  Wonderful services tellers doing everything since manager not at site .No drive true but stand ATM wall . Clean and organize office, parking lot side and back .

  The teller line is comprised of competent, friendly people. The residential loan officers are absolutely not consumer friendly. The online banking is a royal pain to use. Overall, I would recommend you look elsewhere to do your banking.

  Slow. 3 days for an instant transfer to my account. The new tellers are rude. They do not care about their customers. Hopefully this bank will fail amid the coronahoax.

  I don't have this bank but my roommate does and I went to deposit money for him. The absolute WORST service ever. I get I went there at around 415 and closing it 430 but there was no need for the amount of attitude I got. The woman was constantly making comments under her breath and rolling her eyes. Honestly I get it was probably a long day but there was no need for that. Roommate says he has the same problem there. Don't waste your time here and just go somewhere else where they have better customer service.

  Good Credit Union. Straightforward options no bank fees love that I have two convenient locations I can frequent which is wonderful . However the interpersonal and public relations is ok.
