Itechia Myton1This is the worst credit union I have ever been associated with. It's almont as if it's not a real banking institution. I have been with Members First, when it was Fidelity Credit Union , which was a way better credit union I wish they never merged with Members First. I believe the merge took place back in 2015/2016 and it's been a told nightmare for me since. I've heard great stories about Delta Credit Union and Navy Federal Credit Union from family members. I am moving over to one of them so that I can finally experience a professional and knowledgeable Credit Union.

S M5I had the busiest day yesterday and came in and Marcus (I hope I remembered the correct name) was so helpful and informative and all around great service! Thank you again and hope to see you when I return!

Lioness “LionessMovement” Movement1The teller at this location is inept. There's no atm to make deposits/withdraws. The hours are not practical for working adults. They're closed on weekends. The location is obscure. Not a fan of this CU!

Our Sandy Springs location is not open on weekends however we participate in Shared Branching which allows you to visit other credit union locations in the area to make deposits and withdrawals. A list of Shared Branching locations is available at membersfirstga.com. Publix Presto® ATMs are available to MembersFirst Credit Union members at no charge.
