  I love banking at Members Source. Its fast and easy to make deposits and the online banking is effortless. When I first decided to bank there, Lydia was super helpful. She was able to walk me through the process and was always there if I had any questions.

  Aniaya provided me with exceptional service while assisting me with opening a Save to Win account today. I became a member in 1992 and MSCU has been my primary financial institution ever since. Great products and great service. The front line staff assisting with deposit and loan accounts has always provided me with prompt courteous service through the years. They truly make you feel the “people helping people” philosophy. If you’re considering a credit union, they’re a great one!

  The job is easy to learn, and you will do well if you're correctly trained by the right person. But good luck since there are only 2 trainers. The management is terrible and does not accept responsibility for anything that goes wrong. Good work ethic is not appreciated and goes unrecognized while those with no work ethic are catered to. Management will walk all over you and abuse their power. HR cannot be trusted to take care of your problem and will likely spread your complaint to everyone else. Don't expect any conflicts to be resolved, they do not care. This place is a toxic drama filled wasteland. Do not work here.
