  I’m a pretty friendly and bubbly person that works in customer service so I expect a little effort when others do similar work. Not a single smile from the teller in the drive thru. Wouldn’t answer my question. Literally turned the microphone/speaker off in the middle of me wishing her a happy weekend. Really big bummer for the end of a crazy Friday for me.

  THEY ARE NEVER OPEN!!! Everyone my husband works with gets their checks 2 days early, or at least on pay day, we have had to wait a extra day, no one has even heard of them. I used my cashapp on his account for 8 months and then they randomly denied it. I'm so mad we were referred to this place.

  I have been with this bank for over two years now and I can't say I've ever had a negative experience. Josh is super easy to work with and all the tellers are kind and ready to help with anything.

  Absolutely the WORST bank! I made less than $10 off of $18,000 over one year in a standard bank account. They switched it to money market which improved but my new bank still did better. They had a deal on cds with a higher interest rate and I was ready to pull the trigger when they told me it had to be “new” money. I was livid. I’m now 100% with mountain America. This bank is just awful. Oh back in the day they wouldn’t give me a loan to start building credit and they do everything over paper in person. Such a pain in today’s world. Website is from like the 90s. Just don’t do it. Please. You deserve better.

  I have been a member of MPCU now for almost 30 years. In that time I have had payments to a couple of vendors who have not provided services or products that have been paid for with my Visa debit card and the Credit Union has refunded those payments to my account immediately and gone after the vendors themselves. In that time I have also taken a couple of loans that have gone very smooth. I'm not saying that in the almost 30 years that I have been with this Credit Union that there hasn't been a hiccup or two but they have been immediately and cheerfully resolved to the point to where I don't even remember specifically what they were I have nothing but good to say about the staff and the service that I have received from this Credit Union.

  Worst credit union on the planet. I've used about every credit union and Bank in Idaho falls area. This is by far the worst of them all. Card services is a clown show. They are liars and no one that knows what they are doing. Service is rediculas and slower than tar. They are unwilling to help when you have an issue with an account or a card. I'd rather trust my money to a 5 year old than this bank. They lie about everything and refuse to admit when they make a mistake. The worst. Stay away!!

  If i could give this bank a lower rating i would, it has been one of the worst banks i have banked with, not only do they have bad customer service but they keep increasing my loan payment on my truck according to them because my insurance papers aren't detailed enough even after many attempts to fix the problem they would still continue to give excuses of why the payment had not gone down. If you are looking for a loan this is not the place to get one absolutely ridiculous you will save your self alot of headaches if you get a loan with another bank.

  I've worked with MPCU for the last two years. My experience has been amazing. They are easy to talk to, they treat me like a human, and they go the extra mile to help you save money. They'll do the same for you!

  Great bank to do business with. They have always treated me exceptionally well and had great service. I've had no problems getting loans, and they are the quintessential "friendly" small bank. Love it.
