CAPT “ROCK” STAR1First time there and the guy in the office (manager I assume), on the left as you go in. had an attitude. Not very customer friendly. I wouldn't get an account there.

jtschaffhauser301Why is your bank still not accepting shared branching deposits as of July 23rd 2021? If you’re not going to allow these transactions (drive through deposits with virtually no human contact) after the state has already lifted covid restrictions, then remove yourself from the shared branching database. Your denial of an essential service under the guise of “protecting your members” is an absolute joke.

Leah Wheeler5Over the top customer service. I love going to this bank. They make the experience very personal. Always call me by my name and treat me like a friend not a customer. I was with my last bank for 7 years, going in frequently and they never once called me by my name or looked happy to see me. MPCU is the complete opposite. The staff is totally awesome and I would highly recommend this bank to anyone looking to be more than just another customer.

C Gooley1The staff is very rude and they double charged me for one month on my loan instead of two months. I tried to resolve the issue and was met with disrespect and blame pushed off on me.
