  I recently refinanced my home with MMS. Once my homeowners insurance was ready to renew, Trisha at MMS contacted me with regarding the cost of my insurance and wanted to verify the rate I was paying. Turns out I was paying double what most other insurance companies would charge. Thanks to Trisha and MMS I was able to save money and lower my monthly payments. Glad to be working with a company that's looking out for my best intrest in a number of ways. Highly recommend!

  Absolutely HORRIBLE experience, very rude, unprofessional and shady, Rosa especially. I ended up walking out, never have I been so disrespected. Rosa does NOT have a good repour.

  My father was the manager of a savings and loan and my grandfather was a banker. I just want to say that the people at Members Mortgage Services have always been friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

  Since getting solar we have it with our house and refinanced through MMS. Now that I have all the online stuff setup. I’m able to see not only the loan balance, the escrow balance and when a payment is coming due and for how much. Then I can go in and put extra money on the escrow if needed or to the principal. I absolutely love that! I’m really glad that we were able to refinance with MMS. I’m also able to make bimonthly payments, not sure if this is going to take years off the loan yet, at least it’s going to make for a 13th payment for the year. A+

  When closing on my house I was assured I could make multiple partial payments in a month, and I was of the understanding they would be applied against the mortgage. After noticing they would hold partial funds until the end of the month before applying them, I called and received a short response. There is nothing they will do. I feel stuck in a bad agreement and lied to. I do not recommend if you plan to make any extra payments nor if you value customer service.

  Love MMS! Have had my mortgage through them for the last 6 years and they have been amazing to work with in all aspects. I have had to call with different questions and they have been great with responses. Highly recommend them!!

  The only time I tried to contact them was for a payoff amount left messages credit union left messages and finally got a hold of someone that said they would have a total soon and call us back by the end of day no call. I thought it would be good to have the credit union have our mortgage but was not aware they were outsourcing the loan. Credit union great mms not good. Did I mention one of the mortgage department message box was full and could not take messages. Now is that a sign for a business that wants to help mortgage holders. I hope the credit union will reevaluate who handles their members mortgages.

  I refinanced my home with MMS through Credit Union of America about 7 years ago. They are knowledgeable and easy to work with. Their website has all the information I need to take care of my mortgage. When I have needed to called for help, the staff was friendly and knew their stuff. I love having my home loan at MMS.

  I've worked with Members Mortgage Services in several capacities over the past 10 years. This group is dedicated to helping home borrowers succeed. They go out of their way to help their borrowers and their credit unions that they work with.

  Beware! If you wish to pay additional principal and you set it up to automatically withdraw from your checking account. It is only good for 11 months even though it clearly says online: "Payment Stop Date - Until Further Notice" it really means you have to go in and manually change it if you want it to continue paying any of the additional principal each month. It sounds like a nice feature but when you call them, they will tell you it really doesn't work like it says it does. They will suggest that if you don't like it, you can refinance with someone else.
