  Worst bank ever. Do not go here. Completely incompetent people. I've had 3 differnt problems in the past 2 weeks with them. They never answer there phones too fix there mistakes. Place has really went down hill.

  Not very COVID-19 compliant. I won't cash a check in the drive With a piece of glass that's the only thing keeping us 10" apart have to come inside to come inside the branch Where there's no barriers of any sorts. The only bank on the planet that won't cash a check in the drive-through or won't cash a check at all unless the member is present in the lobby. Worst customer service on the planet.

  Sara's customer service is the exact reason why we are leaving this Credit Union. I am absolutely disgusted how a company can keep such misseriable employees that treat their customers lime I was treated today. I will never do bussines with this Credit Union again. The rudest customer service I have dealt with in awhile. Stay away I promise you won't regret it.

  Great place to do business !!! They greet you with a smile, they're there to help you with whatever your situation may be, also they just make you feel welcome. I would recommended my friends and family to this well operated credit union as well as people off the street. Thanks Margie, Nina, and the rest of the Winchester branch employees for making my experience great!!!

  Members heritage is awesome!! They helped me when nobody else would! I will always do my business with them. They truly are for the people and help in every way possible!! I recommend this place to everyone! Go and become a member I want everyone to experience the joy and happiness they give you!! Everyone there is awesome!!

  Very good bank. Everyday I go to work I hear people complain about their bank and how long it takes them to process money but honestly my bank is always on time. The customer service is nice and very helpful.

  Great financial institution. The staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgable. I've had an account there for years and never had any problems.
