      The woman doing the home loans is overwhelmed not friendly and comes off as short tempered. I would take your business some place else for that service.

      I have been using them since I was 16. That was a LONG time ago. Everyone is always friendly and very accommodating. Wil, Cheryl Leah, Junior, and the whole bunch. I love walking into a place and they know you by name, as opposed to just a number. These are a great bunch of people that care about their members. I have had accounts at all of the big name banks, and this one is always the best! Thanks y’all.

      We have been with them since 2014. Love love this credit union. You get to know the friendly staff. Great rates for loans and interest earning accounts. Yes they might be a little “old school” but I will take that ANY day over the large banks.

      Showed up at 4:15pm and waited around for 10 mins to have someone acknowledge me so I could get more information on refinancing my vehicle. That help never came they just kept walking by me and acted like they were busy keep in mind I was the only person in the bank besides the worker. Therefore, I left and will never do business with them.

      Very old school. Technologt overall is minimal at best at this bank. The app is a generic app for almost any bank. nothing is digital. they have 2 locations. They are under staffed. If you need to come inside the bank, be prepared to wait a while.
