Corey Lewis1I deposited $650 into my account and set up an automatic monthly transfer into another account, when it came time for that transfer to happen the money was gone. I’ve talked to multiple people and given them different ways to try and figure out where they incorrectly put my money. They have no interest in trying to resolve this problem. As soon as I can I will be no longer using them and suggest you find another place with a little accountability and some customer service.

Hunter Hawk1Any transaction out of country is blocked meaning you have to call and say "yes please allow that to go through" every single time. However the biggest problem is it's impossible to get in contact with anyone at the front desk by phone as none of their automated reception options lead to direct calling for help. The only way is to walk in and ask for something. Horrible customer service and disgusting wait times.

She is rude, and when my daughter wanted to withdraw money she said I need your drivers license and account. While she was doing this about 3 different people were looking at her license and then looking at her. All of the money in the account was hers. And I told her to withdraw it all and go to Associated.

Jared Shartain1The management and employees are rude. No one should bank here. My mom turned in an employee for being rude and the manager took her side. They don’t respect customers here! Go to Associated!

Scott Jump1They don’t send you a monthly bill, they don’t send paper statements on time or on regular intervals. They don’t allow you to have automatic withdrawals. Very disappointed that I got roped into this bank for a loan at the dealer.
